Design of Ti6Al4V-TiN Gradient Materials

  • 摘要: 为了提高Ti6Al4V钛合金基体和TiN薄膜之间的附着强度,采用有限元分析法对Ti6Al4V-TiN 系生物梯度材料进行了热应力缓和设计,分析了不同参数对热应力分布的影响。计算结果表明,Ti6Al4V-TiN系生物梯度材料的最优热应力缓和参数为:体积分布系数n = 1.8; 梯度层层数N= 10; 梯度层厚度t= 15μm。

     

    Abstract: In order to increase the adhesive strength between the Ti6Al4V and TiN, the gradient material of Ti6Al4V-TiN was designed with the method of Finite Element Analyze (FEA), and the effects of different parameters on the thermal stress distribution were studied. The results show that the best parameters for the minimum thermal stress are the volume distribution parameter (n) of 1.8, the number of the coatings (N) of 10, and the total thickness of coatings of 15μm.
