包覆钯对储氢合金粉末性能的影响

The Influence of Coated Palladium on the Property of Hydrogen Storage Alloy

  • 摘要: 利用化学镀的方法, 在储氢合金粉末表面包覆金属钯, 以改善稀土-镍基储氢合金的抗氧化和抗粉化能力, 并研究了不同的钯包覆量对合金性能的影响。结果表明, 10 % (质量分数)包覆量的效果理想, 减轻了储氢合金的粉化程度, 延长了电极的寿命。

     

    Abstract: To improve the ability of anti oxidation and anti-pulverization of rare-earth/nickel base hydrogen storage alloy, palladium was coated by electroless plating, and the influence of the coated palladium on the properties of the alloy with different Pd contents was investigated.The results show that the negative electrode made of the coated alloy with 10%(w) Pd has better anti-pulverization ability and longer circle life.
