Abstract: From the relation between corrosion fatigue and fatigue, and by means of the latest developments of fatigue science,the approximate calculation expression for the crack propagation rate of metal corrosion fatigue has been deduced. The given calculating example shows that the expression has a better applicability for the crack propagation rate of type A.
