Influence of TIG Weld Dressing on Drop-weight Test Result of T-joints

  • 摘要: 研究了TIG熔修对EH36钢T型接头试样落锤试验结果的影响和用于焊接结构的T型接头落锤试样的落锤试验方法。结果表明,TIG熔修能大大提高T型接头落锤试样的抗断裂能力,能使EH36钢T型接头落锤试样的断裂温度降低60℃。

     

    Abstract: By the T-joint Dro-pweight Test, proposed by the authors, the influences of TIG weld dressing on the impact property of T-joint of EH36 steel were studied. The results showed that the fracture resistance of T-joint was improved greatly by the TIG weld dressing, and the fracture temperature of dressing T-joint EH36 steel was 60℃ lower than that of undressing T-joint.
