Joining of the Composite Overlay and the Surface of Al-Si Alloy Substrate

  • 摘要: 采用钎焊工艺,以Zn-Al25作钎料,N2作保护气体,成功地在Al-9Si基底上结合上Al-9Si-15SiCP复合材料薄片,制成了表面复合材料化的Al-9Si合金试样,并对该试样基底与覆层的结合效果作了研究。

     

    Abstract: By using braze welding and Zn-Al25 as brazing alloy, Al-9Si alloy clad with a thin layer of Al-Si-SiCP composite is successfully fabricated under protection atmosphere of N2. The properties of the interface are also investigated in this article.
