摘要: 研制了一种用于高效燃气轮机回热器的新型Cu-Mn-Ni-Zn基钎料,确定了钎料的化学成分,研究了钎料的工艺成型性能、力学性能和焊接性能。结果表明,钎料的熔点、室温和高温拉伸强度、流动性等性能均能满足使用要求。Abstract: A new kind of Cu-Mn-Ni-Zn based brazing material used on high efficiency gas turbine recuperator was developed, and its chemical composition was determined. The technological forming, mechanical and welding properties of the new brazing material were investigated. The results show that the melting point, room and high temperature tensile strength, fluidity of the brazing material can meet the requirement of engineering use.
