Abstract: Incoloy 800H alloy was developed and produced. Its chemical proposition was determined and its mechanical properties and microstructures were investigated. The results indicate that the board plates and bar made of Incoloy 800H alloy have reached the reguirements of standard, and met the technical regulations for special welding structural members as well. The Incoloy 800H alloy has been successfully used in petrol industry.
