Abstract:
A hot dipping aluminum steel was prepared. By static weight-loss tests, electron probe microanalysis and X-ray diffraction analysis, the corrosion behaviors of hot dipping aluminium steel, aluminium and carbon steel in Na
2S solution were studied. The results showed that with the increasing of Na
2S concentration in Na
2S solution, the outer layer (Al
2O
3 and Al) of hot dipping aluminium steel dissolved and uniform corrosion occurred, while carbon steel had a decreasing uniform corrosion and pitting. The pure aluminium had pitting corrosion in low concentration Na
2S solution and serious peeling corrosion in high concentration Na
2S solution.
