TiB2粉料的还原合成与酸洗纯化研究

Reductive Reaction Synthesis and Acid-washing Purification of Titanium Diboride Powder

  • 摘要: 用SHS还原合成法合成了TiB2混合粉料,并通过酸洗处理获得了高纯TiB2粉料。研究了合成过程和酸洗条件对TiB2纯度的影响,对合成粉料酸洗过程进行了热力学分析。试验结果表明,TiO2-B2O3-Mg三元系统的化学反应由两部分组成,第一部分由金属Mg还原出B和Ti单体,第二部分由这两种单体化合反应生成TiB2。TiB2粉料的纯度主要取决于酸洗条件。提高盐酸浓度、增加酸过量和延长酸洗时间可以提高TiB2粉料的纯度,而升高酸洗温度还可以大大加快酸洗速度。

     

    Abstract: Based on SHS reductive reaction,TiB2mixed powder was synthesized and the high-pure TiB2 was obtained by acid-washing treatment.The effects of synthesis procedure and acid-washing conditions on the purity of TiB2 powder were investigated,and the thermodynamics of acid-washing procedure for synthesized powder were analyzed.The experimental results showed that the chemical reaction of the TiO2-B2O3-Mg system consisted of two parts.In the first step,the elements of B and Ti were reduced by Mg powder,secondly,the TiB2 was formed by chemical combination of the two monomer elements.The purity of TiB2 powder mainly depends on acid-washing conditions.With the concentration of hydrochloric acid and amount of excessive acid increasing and the acid-washing time prolonging,the purity of TiB2 powder increase gradually.Moreover,with the acid-washing temperature rising up,the acid-washing velocity can be considerably quickened.
