BFe10-1-1白铜和双相不锈钢在海水管路中应用的综合性能分析

The Analysis of the Comprehensive Properties of BFe10-1-1 Cu-Ni Alloy and Dual-phase Stainless Steel Used in Seawater Pipeline System

  • 摘要: 根据舰船海水管路系统对材料的性能要求, 从防污性能、成型性能、焊接性能、耐蚀性能等几个方面, 对BFe1-0-1-1白铜和HDR双相不锈钢进行了综合分析。结论是, BFe1-0-1-1白铜目前仍是舰船海水管路系统的最佳选材, HDR双相不锈钢虽然具有优良的耐海水腐蚀性能, 但不具有防污功能。

     

    Abstract: According to the performance requirements for materials used in the seawater pipeline system on ships,the antifouling,forming,welding and anticorrosive properties of BFe10-1-1 alloy and HDR dual-phase stainless steel are comprehensively analyzed.The results indicate that BFe10-1-1 alloy remains to be the optimum material used in the seawater pipeline system on ships.Though it is good in anti corrosion, HDR dual-phase stainless steel is unfit for the seawater pipeline system on ships for its poor antifouling property.
