摘要: 通过常规力学性能试验和金相显微镜及TEM观察, 研究了热处理对Ti-Al-Zr-Fe合金组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明, 热处理制度对合金的强度影响不大, 但可调整合金的塑性。另外, 还利用TEM照片分析了不同热处理工艺下析出相的形态与分布对合金塑性的影响。Abstract: By doing mechanical property tests and optical microscope and TEM observation, the effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical property of near-α titanium alloy were studied. As a result, the heat treatment process affect little on the strength, but much on the plasticity, and it can modulize the plasticity. With TEM, the influnence of the shape and distribution of the precipitate on plasticity was studied.
