热处理对LPC(NiCoAlMn)5.0贮氢合金电化学性能的影响

Effects of Heat Treatment on Electrochemical Properties of LPC(NiCoAlMn)5.0 Hydrogen Storage Alloy

  • 摘要: 研究了不同温度 (673K、1173K、1373K)热处理对贮氢合金活化性能、放电容量以及高倍率放电等电化学性能的影响。结果表明, 1173K、1373K热处理后, 合金充放电循环稳定性及高倍率放电性能得到改善。其中1173K热处理合金在 0.4C充放电时最大放电容量与铸态合金相比没有下降, 而循环稳定性及高倍率放电性能有明显的改善, 具有优良的综合电化学性能。

     

    Abstract: Effects of heat treatment at 673K, 1173K, 1373K on electrochemical properties of hydrogen storage alloy including activity, discharge capacity and large rate discharge capacity have been investigated.The results show that the cycling stability and large rate discharging capacity of the alloy are improved after treatment separately at 1173K and 1373K.The alloy treated at 1173K has good electrochemical comprehensive properties of which the cycling stability and large rate discharge are bettered obviously and the maximum discharge capacity at 0.4C charging and discharging is equivalent to that of the cast.
