Safe-fracture Applicability of 14MnNbq Steel for Welded Steel Bridge Components

摘要: 采用断裂力学的K概念, 建立了14MnNbq钢用于焊接桥梁的防断适用性判据, 提出了对应于不同构件类别、不同设计温度和不同韧性级别的极限厚度表, 并将结果与英国桥规作了对比。Abstract: Adopting fracture mechanics K concept,the fracture applicability criteria of 14MnNbq steel for welded bridge components are established. The maximum thickness table in which are included component classification, service temperature and steel toughness class is proposed. The results exhibit a good agreement with the British bridge specification BS5400.
