孔结构对通孔泡沫铝水声吸声性能的影响

Influence of Pore Structures on the Underwater Sound Absorbing Properties of Open-pore Foamed Aluminum

  • 摘要: 测试了不同孔结构通孔泡沫铝样品在3~24kHz频段内的水声吸声系数。试验结果表明: 不同孔结构的通孔泡沫铝都具有较好的水声吸声性能, 其水声吸声性能与其孔结构密切相关。当孔径减小, 孔隙率和厚度增大时, 水声吸声性能增高。

     

    Abstract: The underwater sound absorbing coefficient of open-pore foamed aluminum with different pore structures were determined within a range of 3~24 kHz sound frequencies. The results show that all open-pore foamed aluminums with different pore structures have higher underwater sound absorbing coefficient,and that the underwater sound absorbing properties are attributed to their pore structures. When the pore size decreases, or the porosity and the thickness increase, the underwater sound absorbing properties will be improved.
