用高频熔敷法研制耐磨材料

Application of High-frequency Fusion Process in Wear-resistant Material Preparation

  • 摘要: 高频熔敷是以高频感应为热源来熔化金属粉样的一种工艺。本文介绍了高频熔敷的原理及试样制取方法, 并以高铬铸铁和低合金耐磨钢两种耐磨材料的制取为例, 论述了高频熔敷法研制耐磨材料的可行性。

     

    Abstract: High-frequency fusion process(HFP) is a process that takes high-frequency induction as heat source to fuse the metal powders. The investigation introduced the principle of HFP,and the method of making specimen. Based on the manufacture of high-chromium cast and low-alloyed wear-resistant steel,the feasibility to develop wear resistant material by HFP are discussed.
