Property and Microstructure of 12MnCrNiMoV Plates by Normalization-Control Cooling Heat-Treated

  • 摘要: 研究了正火控冷+高温回火热处理工艺对 12MnCrNiMoV 钢板力学性能、冲击韧性的影响,用透射电镜分析了 12MnCrNiMoV 钢的微观组织。结果表明,与正火钢板相比,正火控冷的钢板具有较好的强韧性,A kv,-40℃ 提高约 45 %,特征转变温度T FAT50 降低了20℃。组织观察表明,正火控冷的 12MnCrNiMoV 钢板组织中的粒状贝氏体中的MA岛主要以板条马氏体为主。高温回火后,正火控冷工艺的微观组织为板条铁素体,碳化物呈弥散均匀分布。
    Abstract: Study has been made on the effect of normalization control cooling on mechanical properties and low temperature in pact toughness of 12MnCrNiMoV steel plate. The microstructures of 12MnCrNiMoV steel plate were examined. The results indicate that 12MnCrNiMoV steel plate treated with normalization control cooling is higher in strength and toughness than that of one treated with air cooling. The value of A kv,-40℃ was increased up to 45%, the T FAT50 was lowered 20℃. The microstructure observations show that the microstructures of 12MnCrNiMoV steel treated with normalization control cooling were mainly lath marten site. After high temperature tempering, the structure were turned into lath ferrite with fine carbides dispersed homogeneously, which was attributed to properties of 12MnCrNiMoV steel.
