Development of One-pack Polyureathane Clearing Coating for Vacuum Plating of Plastic

  • 摘要: 本文研究了用苯酐部分酯化代替部分TDI合成单组分聚氨酯树脂的合成工艺,探讨了配方中的各变量,如油的种类、油度、TDI用量以及溶剂的选择等对树脂的涂膜性能的影响。通过与改性环氧树脂进行配伍,配制出应用范围广泛、涂膜性能优异的单组分涂料。

     

    Abstract: The synthesis technology of one pack polyurethane coating by substituting phthalic anhydride for part of TDI is discussed in this paper. The influence of variables such as the kind of oil, oil length, the quantum of TDI and solvent, and the temperature of synthesis on property of polyurethane coating is investigated. By introducing some improved epoxy resin to the synthesised polyurethane, a kind of coating for various substrates with good performances is developed.
