Experimental Approach for Explosive Welding Interface Wave

  • 摘要: 采用平板和半圆柱两种爆炸焊接试验方法, 观察和测试了ASTMS415 0 0 Q345C界面波的形态和尺寸, 半圆柱试样界面波产生及消失的焊接参数, 确定了波的临界转变速度vT 值。讨论了波产生的判据vT 和pC 的表达式, 该公式可用于参数设计和可焊性窗口的制作。

     

    Abstract: The wave pattern and size at ASTM S41500 Q345C interface and the welding parameters for wave appearance and disappearance at semi cylinder interface were observed and measured in explosive welding experiment with flat plate and semi cylinder as two types of base body. The results manifest that the transition velocity vT is 1410m/s. The criterion vT and pC for creating wave were discussed which can be used in parameter design and weld ability window establish.
