Study on the Welding Technology of Marine Exchanger Head and Flange

摘要: 分析了船用换热器法兰耐蚀层的焊接特性。通过对过渡层、耐蚀层进行的焊接试验,确定了合理的焊接工艺,获得了满意的堆焊焊道。

Abstract: The weldability of corrosion resistant layer on the marine exchanger flange is investigated. On the basis of different welding experiments, a reasonable welding technology is proposed with which an excellent surfacing weld is obtained.
