Abstract: A mathematical model describing the correlation of coating components of alkaline electrode to diffusion hybrogen content of deposited metal was established on orthogonal test basis.The influence of each coating component and the interaction of the components on diffusion hydrogen content were analysed and the predication method on the coating prescription about diffusion hydrogen content of deposited metal was proposed.
