化学复合镀Ni-P-TiO2光催化降解次甲基蓝
Photocatalytic Degradation of Methylene Blue by Compound Ni-P-TiO2 Electroless Plating

摘要: 以钛酸丁酯为原料通过溶胶 凝胶法制备出粒径30nm左右的纳米TiO2,利用化学复合镀在钢铁基底上形成Ni-P-纳米TiO2 复合镀层,该复合镀层对次甲基蓝有较好的光催化降解作用,其催化性能与粉末状纳米TiO2 的催化性能大致相当。Abstract: Nanometer TiO2 was prepared with TNB as raw material by sol-gel process.The particle was well distributed in Ni-P plating layer on steel surface by electroless plating and its size was ~30 nanometer in diameter. The compound plating layer behaved like TiO2 powder in the effect of photocatalytic degradation for methylene blue.
