联二脲对低烟聚醚聚氨酯胶粘剂性能的影响

Effect of LDA on Property of Low Smoke Polyether Polyurethane Adhesive

  • 摘要: 以聚醚多元醇 (N220)、甲苯二异氰酸酯 (TDI)、三羟甲基丙烷 (TMP)及联二脲 (LDA)为原料,制备了低烟聚氨酯胶粘剂。测试了该胶粘剂试样在高温状态下产生的烟雾信号的透过率以及常温粘接强度和工艺性能。测试结果表明,增加联二脲添加量可以降低胶粘剂烟雾信号;联二脲的添加量和粒径对胶粘剂的常温粘接强度和工艺性能都有影响。当联二脲 (LDA)添加量为 60g、粒径为200目时,胶粘剂的烟雾信号较低,粘接强度优良,工艺性能良好。

     

    Abstract: Low smoke polyurethane adhesive were prepared from polyether polyol(N220), toluene diisocyanate, trimethanol propane and LDA. The transmittance of smoke signal at high temperature and the bonding and technical properties of the adhesive were tested. The results revealed that the smoke signal of adhesive can be reduced by increasing the content of LDA. The bonding and technical properties are related to the content and diameter of LDA. The polyurethane adhesive which contains 60g 200 mesh LDA per 100g resin possesses lower smoke,higher bonding strength and good technical property.
