超磁致伸缩单晶微位移致动器特性研究

The Characteristic Study of Micro-displacement Actuator of Magnetostrictive Single Crystal

  • 摘要: 采用高性能Tb0.3 Dy0.7Fe2单晶材料,通过优化微位移致动器的机械、磁路参数,研制出了具有非水冷结构的新型微位移致动器。致动器的最大线性工作区间为0.5~3 5.5 μm,工作电压为2~2 4V,饱和驱动量可达3 9.5 μm。

     

    Abstract: By optimizing structure parameters, a new kind of non-water cooling micro-displacement actuator using Tb0.3 Dy0.7Fe2 single crystal was designed. The magnetostrictive property of the actuator was determined.Resultsshowed that the maximum linear working rang was within 0.5~35.5μm,working volt within 2~24V, and saturation driving displacement reached up to 39.5μm.
