Zn(AA)2对NBR的改性研究

The Modification of NBR with Zn(AA)2

  • 摘要: 研究了加入丙烯酸锌Zn (AA)2对丁腈橡胶(NBR)力学性能的影响。结果显示,Zn (AA)2能显著提高NBR的力学性能。扫描电镜分析表明,在硫化过程中,Zn (AA)2与NBR发生了接枝和交联反应,形成了离子键桥键。随着体系中Zn (AA)2用量的增加,硫化胶的均匀平整相结构逐渐变成网络、平行结构,从而使NBR的力学性能得以提高。

     

    Abstract: The effect of different Zn(AA)2 content on mechanical properties of NBR was studied. The results showed that Zn(AA)2 had a great effect of reinforcement on the properties of vulcanizated NBR. SEM analyses indicated that crosslinking reaction between Zn(AA)2 and NBR might occur during the vulcanizing process, and metallic bridge bond between them was formed. With the increase of Zn(AA)2 loading, the phase state of NBR transformed from homogeneous and flat phase to netlike and parallel phase, thus greatly enhanced the mechanical properties of NBR.
