苯乙烯改性酸酐固化环氧树脂性能的研究

Properties of Anhydride-curied Epoxy Resins Modified with Styrene

  • 摘要: 将苯乙烯加入双酚A型环氧树脂—顺酐固化体系中,通过差热分析和固化度的测定确定了固化反应制度,讨论了苯乙烯添加量对环氧树脂性能的影响。结果表明,苯乙烯可显著改善环氧树脂性能,红外光谱分析显示,顺酐在与环氧树脂发生固化反应的同时,还与苯乙烯发生了交联反应。

     

    Abstract: The curing procedure of styrene modified epoxy was determined based on measuring curing degree and DTA. The effect of styrene on the properties of maleic anhydride curied bisphenol A epoxy resins was investigated. The results show that the properties of expoxy resins are improved obviously. IR analysis indicates that crosslinking reaction of styrene and maleic anhydride might occur during the curing process.
