Effect of Technological Factors on Electric Insulance of Micro-arc Oxidated Ceramic Coat on Aluminium

  • 摘要: 研究了工艺参数对铝微弧氧化陶瓷层电绝缘性能的影响规律。结果表明,在一定临界值内,电流密度增大和氧化时间延长均使微弧氧化层的绝缘性能提高。分析认为,绝缘性能提高的根本原因是陶瓷层厚度和致密性的增加;超过临界参数后,陶瓷层厚度和致密性有所下降,故击穿电压也随之下降。
    Abstract: The effect of process parameters on the electric insulance of micro arc oxidated ceramic coat on aluminium plate is studied. The results show that the insulance of micro arc oxidated ceramic coat increase with the rising of current density and the prolonging of oxidation time respectively within some critical values, which is attributed to the increase of thickness and density of the ceramic coat. When the current density and oxidation time go beyond the critical values, the thickness and density of the coat decrease and so does the insulance.
