摘要: 用浸水快冷模拟轧后快冷,研究了快冷工艺参数对GCr15钢最终组织和碳化物的影响。结果表明,控制终冷温度在70 0~5 0 0℃范围内,能够改善淬火后碳化物的大小及分布,碳化物颗粒细小,分布均匀,碳化物网状级别由2.0级下降到1.0级,球化级别由1.0级提高到2.0~2.5级。在相同的热处理工艺下,浸水快冷球化退火后淬回火试样的硬度比热轧空冷样的有所提高Abstract: By submerging GCr15 steel rod in water to simulate rapid cooldown after rolling, the influence of cooling parameters on the ultimate structure and carbide of the steel is investigated. The results suggest that providing the cooling temperature is in a range of 700~500℃, the size and distribution of carbide after quenching are improved as the level of carbide network decreased from 2.0 to 1.0, the level of spheroidite increased from 1.0 to 2.0~2.5. The quenching hardness of sphoroidized samples after rapid cooldown by submerging in water is higher than that of annealing ones after rolling though through the same heat treatment.
