Abstract: Microstructure of WC/Ni60 vacuum fusion sintering composite coating was examined,and the distribution of micro-hardness along the depth of coating was detected.The results showed that a solid interfacial metallurgy bonding was formed between coating and base metal of 45 steel and the micro-hardness on both sides of the interface was of continuous distribution.
