高岭土增强增韧聚乙烯的研究

An Investigation on Kaolin Reinforced HDPE

摘要: 采用硅烷类偶联剂（KH570）和大分子偶联剂来改善高岭土/HDPE的界面粘结,以达到增强增韧HDPE的作用。研究结果表明,用KH570改性的高岭土粒子（＜5％,w）填充HDPE,可起到一定的增韧增强作用,其中KH570的最佳含量为2％（w）。用大分子偶联剂改性的高岭土粒子（20％,w）填充HDPE,可以获得比KH570更好的增韧增强效果,其中大分子偶联剂的最佳含量为1％（w）。

Abstract: KH570 and macromolecule coupling agent is used to improve the interfacial interaction of ultra-fine Kaolin particles and high density polyethylene （HDPE） blends,and a type of Kaolin/HDPE composite which has a good mechanical properties are prepared．Results show that the mechanical properties of these composites can be improved when Kaolin particles are treated with KH570 ,which the particles are less than 5％（w） of HDPE,and the optimum content of KH570 is 2％（w）．The mechanical properties of HDPE enhanced by Kaolin particles treated with macromolecule coupling agent are better than that of KH570, and the optimum content of the macromolecule coupling agent is 1％（w）．
