高岭土增强增韧聚乙烯的研究

An Investigation on Kaolin Reinforced HDPE

  • 摘要: 采用硅烷类偶联剂(KH570)和大分子偶联剂来改善高岭土/HDPE的界面粘结,以达到增强增韧HDPE的作用。研究结果表明,用KH570改性的高岭土粒子(<5%,w)填充HDPE,可起到一定的增韧增强作用,其中KH570的最佳含量为2%(w)。用大分子偶联剂改性的高岭土粒子(20%,w)填充HDPE,可以获得比KH570更好的增韧增强效果,其中大分子偶联剂的最佳含量为1%(w)。

     

    Abstract: KH570 and macromolecule coupling agent is used to improve the interfacial interaction of ultra-fine Kaolin particles and high density polyethylene (HDPE) blends,and a type of Kaolin/HDPE composite which has a good mechanical properties are prepared.Results show that the mechanical properties of these composites can be improved when Kaolin particles are treated with KH570 ,which the particles are less than 5%(w) of HDPE,and the optimum content of KH570 is 2%(w).The mechanical properties of HDPE enhanced by Kaolin particles treated with macromolecule coupling agent are better than that of KH570, and the optimum content of the macromolecule coupling agent is 1%(w).
