摘要: 研究了PH15-5沉淀硬化不锈钢在真空回火炉中进行真空时效时,高真空加热、高纯氮气及高纯氩气保护对流加热对力学性能和表面光亮度的影响。结果表明,高真空加热时,表面光亮度较好,但试样力学性能分散度大;对流加热时,试样力学性能分散度小。高纯氩气保护加热光亮度优于高纯氮气保护的。Abstract: The influence of high vacuum heating and convection heating with high purity nitrogen and high purity argon gas protection when aged in vacuum tempering furnace on the properties of PH15-5 precipitated hardening stainless steel is investigated. The results show that better sarface brightness could be obtained, but mechanical properties were more dispersed with high vacuum heating and mechanical properties were less dispersed with convection heating. The brightness of PH15-5 was higher with high purity nitrogen heating than with high purity argon heating.
