碳钢及低合金钢海水耐蚀性综合评价

A Comprehensive Evaluation of Anti-corrosion Performance of Carbon Steels and Low Alloy Steels in Seawater

  • 摘要: 为了分析研究碳钢和低合金钢在海洋环境中的腐蚀行为和规律,综合评价材料的耐蚀性能,对19种碳钢和低合金钢进行1、8、16a长周期实海暴露挂片试验。采用“极值”统计方法的Gumbel第一类近似函数对一次局部腐蚀数据进行极值概率处理,校准局部腐蚀量。将材料的平均腐蚀量和局部腐蚀量进行组合,以此综合评价19种钢的耐海水腐蚀性能。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the corrosion behavior of carbon steels and low alloy steels in seawater and to evaluate the anti-corrosion performance of the materials, 19 kinds of samples have been tested in seawater for 1, 8 and 16 years. Gumel approximate function of the extreme value statistical method is used to rectify the partial corrosion data. The corrosion performance of the 19 kinds of steels in seawater is comprehensively evaluated by the average corrosion data together with partial corrosion data.
