Abstract: Nickel aluminum bronze materials used for seawater pumps is introduced. The influence of alloying elements on the properties, microstructures and foundry processes of nickel aluminum bronzes is described emphatically and the suggestion to improve resistance to galvanic corrosion and casting property is proposed.
