Nd扩渗PbTiO3陶瓷的制备及其电性能研究

Preparation and Electric Characteristics of Nd-Penetrating PbTiO3 Ceramics

  • 摘要: 采用气相法对PbTiO3陶瓷扩渗Nd元素,经Nd扩渗,PbTiO3陶瓷的电性能发生了十分显著的变化。通过正交实验,确定了最佳扩渗条件,当Nd的浓度为 1.5 % (w),扩渗时间为 4h,扩渗温度为 86 0℃时,PbTiO3陶瓷的导电性最好,其室温电阻率从 2.0×1010 Ω·m下降为10.5 Ω·m。经Nd扩渗的PbTiO3陶瓷的晶粒电阻随着温度的变化,呈现PTC效应,而晶界电阻随着温度的升高,呈急剧连续降低状态,总电阻的变化规律与晶界电阻的变化相一致,但PTC效应已不存在,有向导电体过渡的趋势。

     

    Abstract: A new method for preparing rare earth modified PbTiO 3 ceramics is introduced in which the penetration of Nd element in gas phase to PbTiO 3 ceramics is accomplished. The conditions and effect of the penetration on electric characteristics of PbTiO 3 ceramics are investigated through orthogonal experiment. The results show that on condition of Nd element content 1.5%(wt), penetrating time 4h and penetrating temperature 860℃, the resistivity of the ceramics decreases from2.0×1010 Ω·m to 10.5 Ω·m, grain resistance exhibits PTC response, but grain boundary resistance decreases severely as the temperature rising, and that the response of total resistance is similar to that of grain boundary resistance with the PTC phenomenon disappeared, and the Nd penetrating PbTiO 3 ceramics reaching conductor.
