纳米Ag-SnO2-TiO2触头材料的制备工艺及性能研究

Study on Preparation and Performance of Nano Ag-SnO2-TiO2 Contact Material

  • 摘要: 介绍了在纳米Ag-SnO2-TiO2 触头材料制备过程中工艺参数的确定及触头性能。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了SnO2 TiO2 混合纳米粉末,对压制成型的试样采用分级保温烧结的热处理方法,制得的触头材料的电导率为 66.9%IACS,密度为 9.63g cm3,硬度为 92.3kg cm2,性能符合国标且优于美国和日本同类产品的,具有良好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Technological parameter and performance of nano Ag SnO2 TiO2 contact material are introduced. The nano SnO2 TiO2 mixture powder is synthesized by using sol gel method and the samples of the contact material are prepared through press forming and step isothermal sintering.The performance of the samples meets the specification of chinese standard with specific conductance of 66.9% IACS, density of 9.63/cm3 and hardness of 92.3kg/cm2,which is superior to that of the same kind products.
