时效及冷变形对Cu-3.2Ni-0.75Si-0.30Zn合金组织及性能的影响

Effect of Aging and Cold Deforming on Microstructure and Performance of Cu-3.2Ni-0.75Si-0.30Zn Alloy

  • 摘要: 本文分析了时效及时效后的冷变形对合金组织及性能的影响,并探讨了二级时效对变形后合金的硬度和导电率的影响规律,结果表明,经适当的分级时效工艺处理后,合金的硬度可达 240Hv以上,导电率可达45 %IACS以上。

     

    Abstract: The effect of aging and cold deforming on the microstructure and performance of Cu-3.2Ni-0.75Si-0.30Zn alloy is investigated and the effect of secondary aging on microhardness and electric conductivity of the alloy is also covered. The results show that the hardness and electric conductivity reach 240 Hv and 45%IACS respectively after the secondary aging.
