Fuzzy Predictive Model for Microhardness of Aging Treatment Cu-Fe-P Alloys

  • 摘要: 在分析了冷变形时效工艺对Cu-2.5Fe-0.03P-0.1Zn合金的显微硬度影响基础上,提出了一种基于模糊控制的该合金显微硬度预测模型。结果表明,在试验范围内,预测值与实测值的相对误差为±5 %,呈现出较好的吻合性。
    Abstract: By analyzing the relationships between cold deformation, aging treatment and microhardness from the experimental examples, this paper proposes a predictive model based on fuzzy control for microhardness of Cu-2.5Fe-0.03P-0.1Zn alloy. The results show the microhardness of the predictive model and the experiment have the deviation within the -5%~5% limits.
