连铸10CrNi3MoV钢裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)试验研究
Experimental Study on Crack Tip Opening Displacement(CTOD) of Continuous Casting 10CrNi3MoV Steel

摘要: 对电炉模铸及不同批转炉连铸10CrNi3MoV钢进行了CTOD试验研究,并探讨了CTOD特征值与钢板中心偏析关系。结果表明,模铸钢板抵抗裂纹早期扩展的能力高于连铸板,但连铸板抵抗裂纹失稳扩展能力并不低于模铸板;钢板中心偏析使CTOD特征值降低;控制碳含量在较低水平,或碳含量达上限(0.11%C)时采取减轻偏析的有效措施,可使连铸10CrNi3MoV钢具有较高的断裂韧性。Abstract: CTOD test is conducted with die casting and batches of continuous casting 10CrNi3MoV steel plates and the relation between CTOD characteristic value and center line segregation is analyzed. The results show that the resistance of die casting plate to crack forepart propagation is higher than that of continuous casting plates,but to crack unstable extension,the later is no lower than the former and the line segregation will results in CTOD value falling, so the carbon content in continuous casting 10CrNi3MoV steel shall be controlled at a level no more than 0.11% or some other measures shall be adopted to decrease the segregation for good fracture toughness of the steel.
