An Investigation on Local Brittle Zone of 10Ni5CrMoV Steel after Twice Thermal Cycle

摘要: 采用模拟焊接热循环的方法,研究了二次热循环对10Ni5CrMoV钢焊接热影响区的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,一次热循环的粗晶区在一定的二次热循环条件下出现了低韧性区,表现为局部脆化现象。引起局部脆化的主要原因是在特定的热循环条件下发生的组织遗传,以及在热影响区中出现的呈网络状分布的粒状贝氏体。Abstract: In this paper, microstructure and properties of 10Ni5CrMoV steel after twice thermal cycle are investigated. The results show that local brittle zone is formed after twice thermal cycle.It is suggested that microstructure inheritance and coarse granular bainite existing in HAZ are the main causes of forming local brittle zone.
