含铝耐热铸铁熔制新工艺的可行性探讨

Feasibitity of A New Technique for Melting of Heat Resistant Al-bearing Cast Iron

  • 摘要: 本文初步探讨了含铝耐热铸铁熔制新工艺的可行性。试验结果表明, 应用本文介绍的工艺方法可以使铝的烧损率稳定在8%~9%之间, 铸铁无铝的偏析缺陷。此外, 可以获得合格的化学成分以及较为满意的显微组织和机械性能。

     

    Abstract: Feasibility experiment of a new technique for the melting of heat resistant aluminium bearing cast iron was carried out.The results showed that with the technique, dead of the aluminium kept in 8%~9%, the segregation of aluminium in the cast iron was avoided, and the chemical composition metallographic structure and mechanical properties are satisfaltory.
