Study on the Surface Modification of Steel Slag

  • 摘要: 用硬脂酸在行星磨中对钢渣进行表面改性研究,并用平均粒径和活化指数作为表征参数。研究了不同条件下的改性钢渣活化指数的变化,探索了最佳改性条件。发现当硬脂酸用量为0.5%,粉磨20min时活化指数最大。通过红外光谱分析其改性机理,发现硬脂酸是以化学键与钢渣颗粒结合。
    Abstract: In this article stearic acid was used to modify steel slag in the planetary mill with average particle size and activation index as token parameters. The change of activation index of modified steel slag was studied in order to find the best way to modify the slag. The activation index of the steel slag reached the highest level when ground for 20 minutes in the planetary mill with 0.5% (weight rate) of stearic acid .Infrared spectrum analysis revealed that the stearic acid and steel slag had combined in chemical bond.
