络合剂对液相还原法制备纳米铜粉的作用

摘要: 采用KBH4在液相中化学还原CuSO4,并加入KOH和络合剂EDTA,制得了纳米级的纯净的铜粉。通过调整反应物的浓度,可以消除Cu2O等杂质。研究了络合剂EDTA和氨水对铜粉纯度的影响。Abstract: The nanocrystalline pure copper powders were prepared by using KBH4,CuSO4,KOH and EDTA by reduction in acqueous solution. The impurity such as Cu2O could be removed by adjusting the content of reactant. The effect of complex agent EDTA and ammonia water on the purities of copper powders were investigated.
