焙烧温度对载Ag多孔SiO2抗菌性能的影响

Effects of Sintering Temperature on Antibacterial Performance of Ag-carried by Porous SiO2

  • 摘要: 以多孔SiO2为载体,通过吸附、焙烧等工艺将Ag+固定在多孔二氧化硅的孔隙内,制备出了载Ag无机抗菌剂;研究了不同焙烧温度(200℃、400℃、600℃、800℃)下这种抗菌剂对大肠杆菌的定性、定量抗菌性能以及抗菌持久性能的影响。结果表明:400℃焙烧时,该无机抗菌剂对大肠杆菌的抗菌效果符合日本无机抗菌剂行业标准且抗菌持久性强,其原因是该焙烧温度下多孔SiO2的孔隙结构可以对银离子起到有效的缓释作用。

     

    Abstract: Adopted porous silica as a carrier and fixed Ag+in its pores by means of absorbing and sintering techniques,an Ag-carried inorganic antibacterial agent was prepared.The antibacterial and enduring antibacterial performance of the agent sintered at 200℃,400℃,600℃and 800℃ were investigated quantitatively and qualitatively.The results showed that the antibacterial agent sintered at 400℃ exhibited good antibacterial and enduring performance,which meet with the demands of Japanese industry criterion.This was mainly due to the agent's pore structure which was responsible for effective releasing silver ions.
