Abstract:
Zero-field-cooled (ZFC) and field-cooled(FC) DC magnetization and AC susceptibility of sintered SrRuO
3 were investigated. The results manifested that the peak in susceptibility vs temperature curve shifted to lower temperature when the bias field was intensified ,and the peak broke into two as the field keeping intensifying. One peak still shift to lower temperature and the other shift to higher temperature.Zero bias field susceptibility was measured at different frequencies. The peak value decreased as the increase of frequency, but it did not shift to higher temperature as reported previously. The results suggested that SrRuO
3 was not spin glass, but ferromagnet.
