10CrNi3MoV/BFe30-1-1复合板大尺寸弯头对接接头焊接工艺研究

摘要: 对10CrNi3MoV/BFe30-1-1复合板弯头对接接头进行X射线探伤, 发现在焊缝上存在两条明显的线性显示, 但是依据焊接接头缺陷判定方法和经验不能准确判定该线性显示为何种缺陷, 针对这种线性显示进行研究, 确定该缺陷显示为过渡层焊缝与复层间形成的连续空穴在X光片上得显示, 经对坡口形式和焊接顺序进行调整, 可以有效避免此类缺陷的产生。Abstract: X-ray radiographic inspection on the butt joint of 10CrNi3MoV/BFe30-1-1 clad plate elbow manifestes that there are two obvious strips of linear traces on the weld and the defect is hard to be determined by weld defect assessing methods and experience. The defect is analyzed in this paper and it is suggested a continuous hole between the transition layer weld and the clad. An improved the groove type and the welding procedure are proposed to avoid this kind of defect.
