镀铜微管对防污剂的控制释放性能

Controlled Release of Antifouling Agentin Copper Metallized Tubules

  • 摘要: 研究了镀铜微管包埋防污剂 (4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮) 的活性物质缓释性能。电子显微观察表明, 镀铜微管可有效包埋防污活性物质。紫外可见分光光度计检测表明, 最大包埋量可达7.4%;不同的包埋工艺, 防污剂有不同的释出速率, 最大释出速率为0.35mg/l/d, 最小释出速率仅有0.1mg/l/d, 说明镀铜微管具有很好的控制释放能力。

     

    Abstract: The controlled release performance of an antifouling agent (4, 5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one) in copper metallized tubules is investigated in this paper. Electron microscope observation indicates that the antifouling agent can be entrapped in the metallized copper tubules effectively. The Uv-visible spectrophotometric detection manifests that the maximum entrapped quantity reaches 74% by the total weight of the sample and release rates vary with different encapsulation procedures. The maximum release rate is 0.35 mg/l/d, and the minimum release rate is only 0.1 mg/l/d suggesting that the copper metallized tubules are effective on controlling the release of antifouling agent.
