The Study of Impact Toughness of 10MnNiCrMoV Steel

  • 摘要: 10MnNiCrMoV是新一代造船材料,本文通过对该钢种的低温冲击韧性进行系统研究发现,10MnNiCrMoV钢具有良好的抗脆性破坏能力,可作为无限海区的舰船船体材料。确定了冲击能VET与能量转变温度VTrE和试验温度的关系模型VET/VEo=9+95/{1+exp[-0.05×(T-VTrE-2.5)]},通过该模型可确定舰船在不同的最低使用温度下,10MnNiCrMoV钢的-40℃最低冲击功。
    Abstract: The Impact toughness of 10MnNiCrMoV steel, a new kind of ship steel was comprehensively studied. The result shows that the steel exhibits excellent ability to resist brittle fracture and is suitable for ship. The model formulation involving impact energy VET、brittle transition temperature VTrE and experiment VET/VEo=9+95/{1+exp[-0.05×(T-VTrE-2.5)]}. The lowest impact energy at -40℃ of 10MnNiCrMoV can be determined under different working temperature with this model.
