TA15合金板材的组织和性能研究

The Study of the Microstructure and Properties of TA15 Titanium Alloy Plate

  • 摘要: 研究了TA15钛合金板材在不同的退火温度下合金组织和性能的变化。结果表明,对于薄板而言提高退火温度材料强度降低、塑性提高,而对厚板这种现象不明显;热处理参数的变化对TA15合金板材的显微组织影响不大;薄板沿纵向和横向强度值较高,塑性值偏低,而45º方向强度值偏低,塑性较好;厚板横向强度值较纵向、45º方向的要高。

     

    Abstract: Microstructure and property of TA15 titanium alloys plates freated at different anneal temperature. was investigated.The result shows that for thin plates,The strength of the plates decrease and the plasticity increase with anneal temperatare rising,while thick plates is not so sensitive to anneal temperature.The variation of heat-treatment parametar has less effect on the microstructure of TA15 plate.Thin plates have higher strength and lower plasticity longitudinally and transversally, and lower strength and higher plasticity in direction of 45. Thick plates have higher strength transversally than longitudinally and 45.
