Plasma Welding of Titanium Alloy Thick-plate

  • 摘要: 针对12mm厚TA5钛合金板材进行了等离子焊接工艺研究,采用等离子的小孔效应实现了12mm厚TA5钛合金板材的单道焊双面成形。研究了等离子焊接接头的组织和性能,研究表明:等离子焊接接头的强度与母材的相当,塑性、韧性较母材的有所下降。

     

    Abstract: The plasma welding process for 12mm thick TA5 plate was developed. Taking the advantage of keyhole effect,one-side welding with back for mation was realized. The research on the micro structure and properties of the welds was carried out and the results manifested that the strength of the welds was much the same as base metal but the ductility and toughness decreased some what.
