添加剂对利用铝厂工业废渣研制的莫来石晶相结构的影响
Influence of Fine Silicon Powder Mineralizer on the Crystalline Structure of Mullite Synthesized from Waste Aluminum Slag

摘要: 采用铝厂工业废渣与硅石为原料合成莫来石材料,在配方中添加不同含量的硅灰粉尘矿化剂,用XRD和SEM表征各试样的晶相结构和显微结构。结果表明,最佳硅灰粉尘添加量为4.0 %,该配方中莫来石含量最高,达88.1 %。Abstract: Waste aluminum slag and silicon rock were employed as main raw materials to synthesize mullite.Different amount of fine silicon powder mineralizer was added to the prescription,and the crystalline phases and microstructures of the synthesized mullite are investigated by means of XRD and SME.The results showed that the amount of stable mullite was up to the highest(88.1%) with 4.0% mineralizer,and so 4.0% fine silicon powder content is suggested.
