Improvement of Superplasticity of Ti80 Alloy through Thermal Cycling Deformation

  • 摘要: 研究了热循环变形后Ti80合金的超塑性。结果表明,在800~980℃温度范围内,m值大于0.3;在最高试验温度930℃,拉伸速度为0.2mm/min,循环5次的条件下,伸长率达350%;变形过程中晶粒首先得到细化,随后有所长大;变形后组织均匀,呈等轴状。Ti80合金表现出超塑特性。
    Abstract: Superplasticity of Ti80 alloy is investigated after thermal cycling deformation at temperature below 930℃.The result shows that the strain rate sensitivity(m) of the alloy is more than 0.3 at trmperature from 800 to 980℃ and the elongation is 350% at the highest temperature of test 930℃ with tensile rate of 0.2mm/min after 5 cycles.The grain is refined firstly and then grow up during deformation.The structure is homogeneous and the grain keeps equiaxed after deformation.Ti80 alloy exhibits superplastic properties.
